LTTE Suicide Attack that Killed Major General Janaka Perera

Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) were responsible for a lot of bloodshed throughout Sri Lanka during 33 years of military aggression with a goal to create Tamil state in the north and east of the island. Until their ultimate defeat on May 16, 2009, LTTE militants killed thousands of people through suicide bombing which they are believed to be the pioneers of. LTTE suicide bombers included women and children.
These pictures are from the suicide attack conducted by an LTTE militant on October 6, 2008 in Sri Lankan city of Anuradhapura. The explosion killed at least 25 people, among which were the opposition leader of the North-Central provincial council – Major General Janaka Perera and his wife, the manager of the United National Party of Sri Lanka in Anuradhapura – Dr. John Pulle and his wife, several councilors of the United National Party and some other people.

The blast also injured more than 90 civilians and destroyed the office of the United National Party near the Old Bus Stand in Anuradhapura. Major General Janaka Perera was the most notable person killed in the attack, being the opposition leader of the North Central Provincial Council.

The Tibetan Sky Burial Pictures

Buddhist ritual known as the Tibetan Sky Burial is something we couldn’t even remotely fathom in the western world, but it is part of normal life and death in parts of the Himalayas. By cutting the flesh of the deceased and offering them to the vultures, Tibetan Buddhists pay honor to those who had moved on and are now at a place without pain and suffering. The Tibetan Sky Burial takes place on top of the mountains where there is little possibility to dig graves. As part of the ritual, once vultures and other birds of prey finished their job, the skeleton of the recently deceased person is picked up and shredded into pieces with an axe. Those are then ground in the flour to add extra taste to their baking or otherwise used in the kitchen, sometimes turned into tools or decorative jewelry to make full use of the dead body. Again, this may seem unimaginable in western cultures, but is part of sacred Buddhist ritual in Tibet.
Buddhists of Tibet believe in acts of generosity. The last service those who are still alive can do for those who have passed on is to offer their remains to other living creatures. This, in their teachings, helps sustain the life on Earth. Even from the Western point of view – there is hardly any more eco friendly way to dispose of dead bodies than the Sky Burial. You give nature back, what nature gave, closing up the circle of life. And it’s reasonably inexpensive too. You don’t need no fancy casket in a hearse. That just feeds the pocket of funeral home owners and funeral business happens to be one of the most lucrative businesses in existence, counting up billions of dollars in revenue each year. Tibetan Sky Burial would teach them. We should start this practice here as well!

Speeding Motorcycle Runs Into a Truck at 200 Km Per Hour

I see one motorcycle helmet, but even if both people riding were wearing one, they wouldn’t be of much help. If a body is moving at a speed of 200 kilometers per hour and comes to a full stop in a fraction of a second, the organs are doomed regardless of whether you’re wearing protective clothing or not. These two fellows came to a full stop after their speeding motorcycle got in a way of a truck:
Damage on a Truck: bent bumper, driver just fine
Damage on a Motorcycle: beyond repair, rider and passenger totally obliterated
If you take a close look at the truck, it looks as though there was a helmet stuck in the grill. It’s possible that rider was wearing one, but may not have had it fastened – cause why would you fasten your helmet if you’re gonna ride at plain 20 km/ph?

Young Girl Dies in Car Accident

Looks like Brazil again. Not sure but that’s where they have bonus drivers who have no business driving and if in a country like that they allow a woman to drive, the catastrophe is imminent. Perhaps this young girl should have stayed in the kitchen. Pots and plates are easier to handle than wheels of a car.

Pictures are a bit inconclusive so it’s hard to make out what exactly happened there. Maybe she ran into a tree, maybe into a parked car – no picture offers good perspective. Or maybe she didn’t drive, just hitched a ride with someone for a BJ or something??? Fuck it’s been a long day today :

Stiff Asian Girl

Arguably, not only are Asian girls the hottest when they are alive, but also when they are dead. I wonder what made this poor stiffer die with hands posed like that. Skin discoloration could imply some form of pre-death constraint, perhaps with the use of ropes – judging by that white line across her mid section. Nail polish still hangs on and those partially open eyes give her creepy, but attractive look. Dead Asian chicks for the win.

Drug smugglers would stop at nothing. Not even a body of a deceased person is sacred to them and when the opportunity calls, they’d stuff the corpse with drugs to smuggle the load that way. With today’s technology, specialty x-ray scanners and train dogs, this is not gonna work, unless the dog gets confused by the smell of dead meat…

Freaky Looking Post Mortem Photos of a Young Girl

These photos are classics that you all have probably seen but that was many years ago. Back then, these pictures reached the peak of their fame by being passed around in sneaky sounding emails. However, the new generation may not have seen them and since they are pretty freaky, they deserve a spot on evilgore.

These are post mortem photos of a young girl who looks like the creepiest character from a horror movie you would never want to see by your bed when you wake up. I don’t know how old she was when she died or whether her breasts disappeared due to same effects of death that had her disfigured and discolored, but the blood in her crotch gives an impression that she may have died while having a period. How’s that for freaky?
